Bergamot's products

I was a curious little girl, always looking for new discoveries. And even today, that curiosity pushes me to delve deeper, to grasp the authentic beauty of things, enriching myself every day. I observe, explore every detail carefully, ask myself questions and search for information. Speaking of my surroundings... it would appear that the name “bergamot” may derive from Bergamo, the city where the fruit was first marketed in Europe, or from the Turkish term “beg armudi”, meaning “lord's pear tree”. One thing is certain: its cultivation is the pride of our land.

Our bergamots are given to the industry for juice and essential oil extraction, which we label with care and passion. Among our specialties are Bergamot Honey and Bergamot Flavored Oil. We tried to bring the scent and flavor of a unique fruit to the tables. Moreover, as a child, the intense scent of citrus groves during harvesting filled the air, creating a magical atmosphere that is still felt today. Lemon groves and orange groves are also precious treasures for Tenuta Versaci, the latter are the protagonists of our gourmet jams and compotes.
