Our preserves are the result of traditional recipes handed down from generation to generation. Among these, the aubergine pickles, the crushed olives, the giardiniera, the Mediterranean condiment, the orange-vanilla condiment stand out, prepared with our EVO oil and free of additives, guaranteeing the consumer a healthy and genuine product.

Our Gourmet Jams –like the extra ones – together with the Gourmet Compounds which have high percentages of fruit, harvested at an optimal state of ripeness, are the result of my desire to “experiment”. They are ideal for accompanying cheeses and have obtained excellent feedback on the market. Preparing them reminds me with nostalgia of the Sundays spent in the kitchen with my grandmother, when together we gave life to new flavours, and the sweet and spicy scent filled the house. In 2021, participation in the fair “L'Artigiano in Fiera” was a success that consolidated our presence in the sector.
